Finally met again with my adviser. I seem to be in a good place with the progress that I have. She told me to concentrate on writing a lot of the stuff and not to worry about the editing of information - just throw all of it out there to get it out. She has me looking at some layouts of strategic plans so I can get an idea of the construction of the piece.
I am content with where I am in my progress, given everything that is going on. It's the holidays and I haven't put one thought into it, but I am okay with that. I know that going back to work on Monday will rekindle all the time that I haven't spent on the project. This is mostly because every time that I sit at my desk, I can't help but to think of things that could be improved with my position, the department structure as well as the over all facility.
Neat facts that I pulled while I was at work: From 11/23/2010 until today, there have been 82 reservations / bookings in Memorial Hall with 11,312 attendees. That's roughly 135 people per event. Rock those numbers! :)
