Org Chart

The below is the organizational structure that I am proposing for the Strategic Plan of the Event Services Department - which will oversee the Memorial Hall Facility

Short term goals are to set-up the structure to have at least the top two tiers: Associate Director, Assistant Director and Executive Assistant & Business Manager. 

Now that I have it laid out, I am working on the job descriptions for each of them. I am modeling a lot of the jobs off of Association of College Unions International. I'm not trying to copy it so I am also pulling off of Pratt's already established position descriptions of the current jobs for Event Services. 

*I love making these charts. The new powerpoint is super useful in creating them, you just need to manipulate exisiting templates. It took me a few hours to figure it out, but I like the overall results. I'm trying to decide to keep it all in powerpoint format, or to move the descriptions over to excel.*
