What do I want to do? dum duh dum

I would like to rehabilitate, revitalize, renovate, repurpose, rejuvenate Memorial Hall Auditorium. Create a 'state of the art' self-sustaining theatre facility, that can host a wide array of events and productions. The mission would be to uphold the mission of Pratt Institute, while also incorporating the surrounding Pratt community.
*I will use the 5 R's until I can find a word or phrase that is all encompassing.*

• I want Memorial Hall as the once envisioned campus centerpiece that it was created as. (Rehabilitate)
• I want Memorial Hall to be up to technological standards and codes. (Renovate)
• I want departmental collaboration in Memorial Hall. (Revitalize)
• I want community engagement on Pratt's campus in Memorial Hall. (Repurpose)
• I want Memorial Hall to be a self-reliant theatre. (Rejuvenate)
