Roadblock & Questions

I seem to have hit a roadblock. ::Construction Ahead::
I am now questioning where this thesis is going and what the potential could be. One of the easy things about my thesis topic is that I live it. It is my job and I spend 40+ hours on or at my job a week. Pre-Hurricane, I would spend at least 30 hours physically in the theatre, doing work on the theatre or completing paperwork for events in the works or done. I need to figure out how to handle some hurdles that I have started to see as potential threats to the project. (good or bad)

In the mean time, I've stopped reading Theatre and Production Management, and have moved onto "The Drucker Foundation Self-Assessment Tool" Participant Workbook. I have also started to tackle some of the history of the theatre.

**fun fact** When the College Union Building ("Student Union) was built and opened in the late 50's, the prominence of Memorial Hall took a nose dive. There were still specific events that were dedicated to Memorial Hall, like Playshop, Dance Club, Glee Club, and of course "all institute addresses". I have been using volumes, upon volumes of the "Prattler" to do this research.

Back to the booksI stopped reading the other one because the book is so massive, it's not exactly backpack friendly. I chose the participant workbook.
The 5 Most Important Questions:
1) What is OUR mission?
2) Who is our customer?
3) What does the customer value?
4) What are our results?
5) What is our plan?

I will try to answer these questions in following posts, with sub-questions. They are laid out by the Drucker Foundation Workbook, as well.
